Leadership Development Project Manager (Contract/Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £65k - £75k per annum
 

Seeking a Leadership Development Project Manager to support the launch and embedding of leadership programmes for 6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start. Reporting to the Head of Learning, the role will require effectively managing the launch of a leadership programme targeted at 500 leaders at MD level. It requires an experienced learning professional with exposure to leadership development programmes for senior level leaders with high level stakeholder engagement.

The role will involve overseeing the running of the leadership programmes including:

  • Managing all communications around training events and programmes
  • Liaising with senior participants to ensure they are engaged in the programme
  • Supporting facilitation both virtual and in person
  • Conducting the post programme follow up/surveys
  • Review of the programme and identification of opportunities for improvement for the next cohorts

Core skills:

  • Experience of project managing leadership development programmes with complex global organisations
  • Strong core project management skills with the ability to work at pace
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface effectively at senior level within the organisation
  • Ability to navigate the embedding of leadership programmes with the ability to work autonomously to approach senior leaders
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
