Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented analyst to analyze fraudulent websites, data, and to enhance DV's fraud detection algorithms. You will be part of the FraudOps team responsible for identifying and classifying online advertising fraudulent activity. DV is a big data company processing billions of daily events which are being aggregated, analyzed and constantly studied. This position is ideal for you if you are passionate about data, fraud detection and enjoy providing meaningful and actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities

. Study online advertising fraudulent activity patterns

. Use in-house tools to detect patterns and abnormalities

. Use SQL tools to query and analyze data

. Work closely with the Engineering team to create new and enhance existing fraud detection algorithms

. Work closely with our Product team on their new initiatives

. Communicate progress and status to various stakeholders


. Experience with data analysis and Excel

. Experience in analyzing data with SQL

. Experience in Fraud Detection Operations is a plus

. Experience in Online Media Adtech/Ad Operations/Product experience is preferred

. Strong analytical skills

. Bachelor Degree in technical or related field (Computer Science, Economics, Math, Information Systems- any sort of related field where you have experience working with data)

. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
